ITALIAN CVVC LITE

As of now it's still a wip, but it's close to being done. This "Italian CVVC lite" reclist is nothing more than a shorter and quicker to record version of Makku's original CVVC Italian reclist.

The extras for Spanish compatibility are included in the reclist along with extras I wrote myself for Japanese compatibility.
